To ensure proper placement, Ice Pods must be placed on a paved surface (concrete or asphalt) with a clear, paved path for access. We cannot place Ice Pods on grass, dirt, or any other unpaved surface. Please verify your location meets these requirements before booking.

  • How long will the ice pods keep ice frozen?

    Our ice pods are super-insulated and will keep ice frozen for 72 hours or longer.

  • What are the power requirements for your Ice Pods and Event Trailer?
    • Ice Pods: Self-contained, insulated coolers that do not require power.
    • Event Trailer: Requires a standard 115v plug with a dedicated 20-amp breaker. It comes with a 20 ft cord but can operate with an additional 15-20 ft industrial gauge extension cord (10-12 gauge). A dedicated 20-amp breaker is essential for proper operation.
  • Can I rent the trailer or pods without ice?

    No, we only offer bundled rentals, which include bags of ice, the storage rental (Ice Pod or Event Trailer), delivery, and pickup.

  • How long is the rental period?

    The standard rental period is 1-5 days, with no extra daily charges. You select your delivery and pickup dates within this timeframe. For longer rental periods, please contact us for a custom quote.

  • How does scheduling work for delivery and pickup?

    We operate on 2-hour windows selected by the client. While we don't guarantee an exact arrival time, delivery and pickup will be made within the chosen window. For pickup, the customer does not need to be present as long as our equipment is accessible.

  • Can I get ice refills during my event?

    We offer on-demand ice deliveries for multi-day events. Refills are next-day only, delivered before the event starts. On-demand deliveries during large events require coordination with our Operations team. Contact us to discuss refill services in advance.

  • What are the dimensions of the Ice Pods and Event Trailer?
    • Ice Pod: 47.5" (L) x 43" (W) x 40.5" (H). About the size of a standard pallet and waist-high.
    • Mini Ice Pod: 27.5" (L) x 43" (W) x 40" (H). Also around waist-high, but with a smaller footprint.
    • Event Trailer: 186" (L) x 82" (W) x 100" (H). Takes up a full parking space, similar to a full-size SUV, with doors located at the back.
  • Do you offer credit for returned ice?

    No, we do not provide credit for returned ice in our Ice Pod and Ice Trailer bundles.

  • Where can the Ice Pods and Event Trailers be placed?
    • Ice Pods: Must be placed on a paved surface with a clear path accessible by our electric pallet jack.
    • Event Trailers: Can be placed on grass or dirt if arranged in advance, but not in mud or wet ground from heavy rainfall.
  • Can I store other products in the rental equipment?

    No, our rental equipment is strictly for storing Iceman-branded 20 lb ice bags only.
